The devil Bazusu sends two cities — Kujukuri City in the Chiba Prefecture and Dallas in the US — ten thousand years into the future, making them fight each other, and enjoying the carnage. So Tanbara Gai , a member of Time Patrol , fights this devil to stop the atrocity.
