The adorable girls of Ousui Academy's student council consists of otaku president Rokuonji Kaoruko ; headstrong Sakuragi R. Ashe ; quiet computer programmer Narumi Toa ; and Toa's best friend, the impish Miyase Mihiro . They are always seeking something to keep them entertained when their crush, Narumi Kouki isn't around, and that gets them into amusing—and sometimes risqué—hijinks at their school and around town.
