After defeating Black Diamond and granting the mermaid princesses' wish to return Purple, the Bubble Gems are scattered once again. Peace returns to the sea world for a moment, and although the king is against Purple going to the land school, Purple persuades him to allow her to run for queen. However, Blob, who was thought to have disappeared, steals her magic wand and even her precious princess dictionary. After receiving a new catcher and princess dictionary from White Gold, Purple upgrades the magic of the other princesses, but is unable to create her own bubble and faces the now-powerful Black Diamond. Can Purple protect the sea world, humans, and the land world without her own bubble gem?
