In this world there is a group of people who have the word "seal" engraved on their bodies and who can transform it into a superpower through their mind power. The only place where this ability can be taught is at the City of Ten Thousand Elephants, which has a long history and has inherited an ancient civilisation. Every year, the castle holds an examination to recruit potential masters to study at the castle and form them into a guard force to maintain peace in the world, the Senjou Kari. Although he is a dummy with a seal, he dreams of becoming the strongest Chikonkari and enters the castle to study for this purpose.
