Synopsis

Juri is a taekwondo fighter who has a mysterious device called the Feng Shui Engine implanted where her left eye should be. Created by the shady S.I.N. organization, the device gives her incredible powers. Chun Li , Guile and Cammy try to find out more about her and her actions.
