Hajime and Hiroshii are two friends and classmates interested in shakotan (extremely lowered street cars) who spend their time cruising in their Toyota Soarer MZ11 and racing with other drivers. Besides, they like to pick up girls and often get into all sorts of trouble, including dealing with bosozoku (biker gangs) and chinpira (low-level yakuza), and running from police.
