The book spirit Gu Qijue, who woke up in The Three Hundred Poems of the Tang Dynasty, rides the divine beast Barge from the Shanhaijing and sets out on a quest to awaken other book spirits together with Le Wuyin, who struggles to feed himself and a group of sisters.
