At an oasis, Chirico (the main character of the first VOTOMS series) will reunite with his old friend Gotho and other characters after 32 years. Note: This OVA received a special screening as part of the Votoms Festival in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Wald 9 film theatre and Yokohama, Kanagawa, Burg 13 film theatre on Saturday, January 8, 2011. The DVD/Blu-Ray release was on April 22, 2011.
