Yuno has always longed for and is finally accepted into Yamabuki Art High School . To attend the school, Yuno moves and starts to live in a small apartment building named the Hidamari Sou ( Sunshine Apartments ) located right in front of school. There, she quickly makes new friends with her carefree, energetic classmate Miyako and two second year students: the wonderful cook Hiro and the dependable novelist Sae .
