Two years after tumultuous events, Milky Holmes has recovered their Toys and managed to capture most of the phantom thieves in Yokohama, bringing the city a time of peace. The Phantom Thief Empire has not been seen for these past two years, and all of Genius 4 except for Kokoro have been put on desk jobs. However, this peace is broken by a new group of phantom thieves, Colour the Phantom , who declare war on the detectives of Yokohama. Two detective academy students, Kazumi and Alice , form a detective team to combat Colour the Phantom. They call themselves the Feathers and dream of one day becoming great detectives like Milky Holmes.
