With the young monk Molar, the young fox demon he took in the first season, and Tao Du's old neighbour Liu Gongzi, Tao Yao travels around the world in search of the missing Book of 100 Demons. On the way, they meet four demons, Ying Sheng, Hua Snake, Old Woman Ji and Zhao Hai, and treat various difficult diseases for the demons.
