Saeba Ryou , the City Hunter , is a private detective, a sweeper , working on the streets of Tokyo. He and close friend and helper Makimura Kaori are hired to solve the problems of desperate people. When Ryou is not using his sharpshooting skills against bad guys, he sets his sights on pretty ladies. Kaori uses a giant anti-ecchi hammer to make sure he behaves, though.
